The main focus of the Boehringer Ingelheim benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) patient website is to lead patients to the symptom checker questionnaire. The previous site lacked a positive/hopeful tone of voice and the complex terminology and content did not create a friendly user journey.
We produced a more refined design leading to a simplified symptom checker, improved user experience and mobile responsiveness.
We provided online research, insights and recommendations to aid the creative direction, content, user experience and technical implementation of the new site. This included landscape identification for – and positioning of – competitor websites. We advised on the best digital approach to meet the user needs and offer a unique value proposition.
